Basement in Knoxville

Customer ventured down in the basement of their home and noticed a growth on the flooring. It was caused by the hot water hose on the washing machine. The washing machine hose had a busted seam and was spewing water out of it. The customer was very worried about the amount of damage that had been done. She called the team at SERVPRO of North Knoxville and we were able to come assess the situation right away. We were able to identify the source, fix the issue, and begin the drying process. After we had the moisture levels within normal range again, we began mold remediation. We were able to save her existing flooring and she was very pleased in the promptness of our services.
