Snowfall

This is the result of a basement in a home that was located at the bottom of a hill. When the snow began to fall, the homeowner had no idea that the snow would cause as much damage as it did. They tenants were so excited to be able to play in the 3 inches on snow, that when it began to melt, they could not believe the effect. The snow melted and began to come in their foundation. It flooded the basement and the tenants went from being excited about the snow to distraught. The did not have their foundation checked before the winter began and there were cracks big enough for water to come in and flood their home. Luckily, SERVPRO of North Knoxville were able to come in and save the day. We worked extremely hard getting the water out of the home and getting their home back to preloss conditions.
