Growth under Flooring

A customer in Tazewell, TN called in because she had a leak around her dishwasher. The plumber came out and they discovered a growth between the laminate and the sub flooring. The customer was already distraught with the dishwasher leak so he was extremely worried about the extent of the damage now caused by the dishwasher leak. We assured him that we would be able to help and that he should not worry. The team at SERVPRO of North Knoxville arrived on the scene and began tearing out the flooring and placing our drying equipment around the kitchen and bathroom that was effected. We were able to get moisture level back in to normal range. The customer was thrilled that what seemed like a nightmare, was an easy and speedy process.
