Mold on Attic ceiling

These pictures were taken at a home in East Tennessee that an untrained roofer replaced a roof. The homeowner went into the attic to get some items that were packed away, and he seen this horrific sight. He was in complete distress when he made the call to SERVPRO of North Knoxville. The team reassured him that the issue was completely fixable and help was on the way. With the help of a local subcontractor, we fixed the cause of the problem and then began remediation. They customer was completely thrilled with the services we provided him. He did not know where to even begin the process of fixing the issue. We were very pleased to be able to alleviate his worries, fix the issue, and gain a life long customer.
