Mold in Basement

This is the result of a basement leaking for years and an unknowing elderly couple living on the premises. The couple rarely ventured in to their basement for anything. They went to search for their Christmas tree and their floors in the basement were a bit wet. They noticed growth on their Christmas tree and called a family member to check it out. Their family member quickly called SERVPRO of North Knoxville to begin remediation and ease their worries. The wife was ready to "throw out everything but the kitchen sink", but we assured her we would be able to help without being so drastic. Within two days were able to begin remediation and complete the process. Even though this put a damper on their holiday spirit, they were pleased with the work we did in such a timely manner. The family was able to enjoy the holidays stress and worry free.
